It also says it was sent to Los Angeles (Which is in the state I live in) and then sent to Chicago. Also, it is over a week later and they have not arrived. USPS called and said that the sender (you) could contact them to figure out where it is. I need these ASAP.

Q: I have 2 PD numbers - not sure which is right and which is left. Is there a way to make sure it's entered correctly?
A: We would like to tell you that generally, there are two different PD values. One of them is your basic PD, which is the distance in MM between the centers of your pupils. The other is mono PDs(PD for each eye), two numbers around 30mm. If you have other problems, you could contact us again. Thanks.

Q: Hi! I'm new to your web site, and have a lens question. I always get bifocals that are as wide as possible because of the work I do. They generally go 2/3 to 3/4 across the width of the lens. Are these available? Also, what is a free form lens. I tried looking info up on your lens info page, but there was nothing about the free form option. Thanks!

Q: I am trying to order a pair and on the prescription part it says pupilary distance there is nons what do ido.
A: We would like to tell you that if you don\'t have any PD values on the prescription, you have rights to contact your doctor/optometrist to get your accurate PD value. Or you can measure it yourself with a millimeter ruler. Follow these simple steps: 1. Rest a mm ruler on the bridge of your nose just in front of your eyes. Look straight ahead and line up the 0mm marker with the center or one pupil. 2. Read the ruler in a mirror, or have someone at the same height as you read it. 3. The mark that lands in the center of the other eye is your Pupillary Distance. 4. Repeat these steps 2-3 times to make sure your results are accurate.
