Q: Hello I placed an order for glasses and noticed the prescription is not correct. For the right eye the sphere should have been -1.50 and the cylinder +1.75 the order number is 82005192100038 and order # 82005251305467. I didn't realize it until I got the new glasses. I thought I was just having a hard time adjusting to the lenses. Am I able to return the glasses and have this corrected.

And our factory is located in China. The freight is expensive and there is no guarantee that the frames will be properly delivered to us remained intact. Q: Hello there, The glasses I ordered from you came with the frame I chose. On the flip side, I get some painful pressure in my eyes and and they become red with prolonged use as well. I checked with America’s Best where I usually go for test and obtain my prescription glasses and they gave me a recheck. They said my current prescription is insignificantly different from the last. I was advised to contact you for a review of the product I bought from you. While your product gave me absolute clarity of vision and right amount of progressive view in all fields, the painful pressure, headache and redness of my eyes are my concerns with the product.
