Q: I don't understand how when I submitted my order it asked me for all the numbers for my prescription as well as my PD and Lenses type and thought all would be fine yet it seems every day I get emails asking me to confirm this information by attaching my prescription and PD number. I would not have put all the effort into the original order on the site if I thought I would have to keep confirming each thing I placed in the order via email. I will not be ordering from here again.

Q: I would like to make a purchase for myself and my mom but our prescriptions don't have the PD. What option do I have at this point because the places where we went to fill the prescriptions are no help.
A: If there is no PD in the prescription, you have rights to contact your doctor/optometrist to get your accurate PD value. Or you can measure it yourself with a millimeter ruler.Follow these simple steps: 1.) Rest a mm ruler on the bridge of your nose just in front of your eyes. Look straight ahead and line up the 0mm marker with the center or one pupil. 2.) Read the ruler in a mirror, or have someone at the same height as you read it. 3.) The mark that lands in the center of the other eye is your Pupillary Distance. 4.) Repeat these steps 2-3 times to make sure your results are accurate.
