Q: Hello, my order has arrived and it is incorrect. The frame is correct but the tint is wrong. I ordered a red-orange tint and you have sent a pink graduated tint, meaning it is clear at the bottom. Not only that, the right and left lenses are tinted differently so the right lens is much darker. I also don't think the lenses have been made to the correct prescription as they are not the same as the current pairs I own.
