Q: Hello, I placed order on 6/12/18 for the self frames without lenses (order ID 2180612203237), which I received and waited to take to my eye doctor and have the prescription put in them; however, the office is stating that they cannot remove the lenses that are in the frame. When I ordered, I specified no lenses/prescription. The lenses that came in them are very dark like sunglasses. Please advise if this is normal practice to add lenses that cannot be removed?
