Q: I received a text about an issue with my order 81801201728574, I think the issue is with the Rx One of the pairs of glasses DOES have a different Rx and it is the reverse of the other 2 pairs. It is not an error :) Hopefully that helps! Thanks so much, Verissa Curran

A: Dear customer, if your prescription is strong, you can choose high index lens since the lenses will be thinner than that be processed with middle index lenses, if your prescription is not that strong, you can choose middle index lens if you like.
