Q: I cannot for the life of me figure out how to order a photochromic lens. Every time I go to that page on the site, it shows me a few select frames. The filter is gone so I can no longer choose the size or shape I want, but setting aside those frustrations for the moment, when I pick one after painstakingly clicking on each to see if it’s a size I want, the lens chooser then drops the photochromic option. The only choice is to choose a static color. There is no “photochromic” confirmation in the description in the cart, either. So how do you actually order a photochromic lens? And why can’t I add that to any frame style, while we’re at it?
